I'm looking at the second demo down, on the left. http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/fadeinslideshow.htm

It's the one that shows a caption when mouseover occurs. However, I don't see any comprehensive instructions for that particular model. Can anyone help with where the caption would be entered for that particular model. Very cool script. :) TIA

Follow the step by step instructions on the demo page. The first initialization (from the first code block on the demo page):

var mygallery=new fadeSlideShow({
wrapperid: "fadeshow1", //ID of blank DIV on page to house Slideshow
dimensions: [250, 180], //width/height of gallery in pixels. Should reflect dimensions of largest image
imagearray: [
["http://i26.tinypic.com/11l7ls0.jpg", "", "", "Nothing beats relaxing next to the pool when the weather is hot."],
["http://i29.tinypic.com/xp3hns.jpg", "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cave", "_new", "Some day I'd like to explore these caves!"],
["http://i30.tinypic.com/531q3n.jpg"],
["http://i31.tinypic.com/119w28m.jpg", "", "", "What a beautiful scene with everything changing colors."] //<--no trailing comma after very last image element!
],
displaymode: {type:'auto', pause:2500, cycles:0, wraparound:false},
persist: false, //remember last viewed slide and recall within same session?
fadeduration: 500, //transition duration (milliseconds)
descreveal: "ondemand",
togglerid: ""
})

is a mouseover description gallery. I've highlighted the descriptions for you. The third image has no description.

Can't find it. I'm looking for second picture down on left with a pop up caption for the pool that reads "there's nothing like a nice cold swim". The one where the caption only shows when the pic is moused over. I see code for the other one but not this one.

Follow the step by step instructions on the demo page. It will make you two slideshows. The first of the two is the one you want, you can get rid of the second one. Then you can edit the first one to use your the images and descriptions. The descriptions are entered in the highlighted areas as indicated in my previous post.

If you want more help, please include a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic code so we can check it out.
