3) Describe problem: Is there an RSS scrolling marquee similar to the Pausing RSS Scroller above but it needs to scroll rss news feeds from left to right and right to left when you click a left or right arrow?

Here's one that's mouse driven (moves left to right or right to left depending upon where you hover it with the mouse, stands still in the middle). It's not well documented yet. But it's simple to use (I made it for someone who was PHP and javascript illiterate). I can get you the files and explain how it's done.
