Trouble with layout

This is driving me crazy. I cannot figure why this does not layout properly in MAC Firefox -- with major <DIV>s side by side. The first two are kinda OK. The last two were based on a Template, but I thought I recalculated it to fit They fit in MAC Safari and Google.

What am I missing?
