Not picking up CSS scrollbar

Hi

I was wondering... I haven't had any problems previous to this with CSS...

But on my styles sheet I have my font/links/scrollbar all set out etc...

And I have other pages linked to it... and these other pages are picking up the font colours, links etc.. and you know all the other stuff except for the scroll bar...

Is/ has anyone else had any trouble with this?

Scrollbar styles only work in IE. Sometimes they need to be applied to the html element to even work in IE:


html {
scrollbar declarations here
}

Even though applying them to the body element is usually sufficient. Also, if you have any syntax errors in the scrollbar declarations, it can invalidate the entire set of scrollbar declarations.

Mine quit working after I added a DOCTYPE tag to the very top of the document
