Hi, how to make google search shows like this one:

I try to search dynamicdrive in google and google show that. How to make my website sitemap recognize by google.

They're called Google Sitelinks:
http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&topic=8523&answer=47334
http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2006/09/information-about-sitelinks.html

They're automatically generated based on 1) when google can see obvious sections for your site; 2) google thinks your site is important and relevant to the search.

In other words, all you can do is make your site better and make it popular; then google will do this automatically. Of course you need to use good design practices so google can find the links too.

If you search for information about "google sitelinks" you can find a lot more than what I linked to. But everything I've seen says that it's just a decision google makes (automatically, based on an algorithm), meaning that you really can't control it. There is no way to ask for it or to suggest it in your code.
You can of course use SEO techniques and just in general build a better website.

Note two things:
1. It may take some time for google to do this. So even if you have a good site, you might need to wait a while (a few months? a year? I have no idea) until google indexes your site in this way.
2. It will NOT appear this way in every search result. It will only appear this way when that particular result is the most important result (or one of the top results at least, maybe top 3). So dynamicdrive.com will appear like that only when it is the best result, for example "dynamic drive" rather than "web design"-- DD will still appear in the results, but in a shorter format, such as "web design forum dynamic"-- in that case, DD is still the top result (at least at the moment) but it doesn't have the sitelinks.

So you need a combination of the two:
1. A good site that google indexes like this.
2. Specific search queries that are especially relevant to your site.
