I need a similar script to this one not in flash?

but not in flash, anyone has any suggestion?

Do you mean to use as alternative content to it, or in place of it?

I'm asking because on the site for it, it mentions alternative mobile content.

There are plenty of slider scripts out there. None will give quite the flexibility of Flash for transitions or for ease of integrating other Flash content into the slider.

I'm no expert on the subject of what's available, but in my experience:

is probably the closest, at least that I've seen or that I can recall seeing.
