Question regarding use of DD scripts

Hi there i just have a quick question. is it permissible to use a dd script for a tumblr theme im hoping to submit to their theme garden. or would that violate dd's rules?

Quick answer:

Yes, as long as the script credit is visible in the served source code of the page(s) using it.

Like if someone downloads and uses the template and I go to their page that is using the Dynamic Drive script. If I use my browser's 'view source', I have to be able to see the script credit right there.
