So I've used script from this website to make a css framing in my website...I can't find relevant information about how to display linked url inside a frame,
or maybe using wrong slang to find it..
in this example I want

<p><a href=index.php>log out</a></p>
<p><a href=index.php>log out</a></p>

to display inside "main content" - how do I have to structure

"<p><a href=index.php TARGET=???>log out</a></p>"

Please help me...Thanks in advance.
