I have seen this menu on the following website

and sure would like to use it for a website I am building. It has a two step dropdown. The first step you click the plus and have a "VISIT" or "LEARN MORE" option. If you click "LEARN MORE" you get a second dropdown with a simple definition, and if you want more then click "VISIT" and it will take you to a website.
Anybody got this type of code??
