Anyone Know how to have this work on a wordpress site?

I have added to the root and also added to template area as well

sitename/wp-content/themes/templatename/

added the:

1.tabcontent.css
2.tabcontent.js


and images, and the first script for header in the header.php area

and rest in index.php area..

But dose not come out correctly,

Any suggestions
