3) Describe problem: I'm new at CSS,used to use html eons ago,trying to figure out how to get links to show up in maincontent area.Right now all links are opening in a new window defeating the purpose.Is this an easy fix?

Sorry,should have realized that css only emulates the look and not the function of frames.
