Script For Constantly Updating TXT File Reader

I'm looking for a way to read a TXT file that keeps updating without reloading the page. Thanks!

PS: I will also have about 4 or 5 of these scripts on a page.

Look into Ajax. There are several dynamic content scripts here. All you'd need to do is add a loop to the loading function.
