Custom Scrollbar

Hi, I want to use the code above :

But I need it for all the html pages of my web site.
Is there any way to have this script once somewhere (in a file) and call it on each html page that needs it ?

NOTE: gribouille and anybody else who doesnt know, pretty much any script can be done this way (using an external .js source file)
