hi guys..just wana ask if how to manipulate a cbox like this:

is there anyone who could help me pls :( iv been searching in the net for so long and yet i havent seen any code for my cbox to look like this.What i want is if i would type any in the cbox theres an image beside of it as waht shows in the pic..il appreciate so much...Thank you so much guys in advance
