Merchant order form flat file plug in anyone?

So pleased to find this forum!

Merchant order form's developer created a great cart, unfortunately their website disappeared, still running 2.4 trying to get data into flat file - very grateful if anyone can email plugin module code for mofsavedb.pl and knows of any other places fo MOF discussion.

I am a registered owner and user of Merchant Order Form v2.5. I am trying to complete a new installation of the script and I must have lost the original install and help files. If anyone has any options for acquiring these files, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
