Conveyor Belt Slideshow - Different size pics

I love this script!

It's behaving absolutely perfectly on the current webpage (http://www.lisasantiquemalls.com) Everyone loves it.

Here's the problem. I need to replace the current pictures; however, the new pictures are not the same size. Is there anyway to center each picture within the slider's height & width. Or "anchor" each picture to the top of the slider?

BTW, I do have a background in programming, but nothing with scripts! And then I retired & forgot almost everything.

For centering, this style, in the head of your document will do it (working from the otherwise default configuration, some adjustment to margin-top may be required for your exact setup):

To peg them to the top is even simpler:

Thank you John. Your solution wasn't exactly the solution for me, but it did jog a few brain cells to get me going. If you look at the page now http://www.lisasantiquemalls.com/SlideShow.htm you'll see that I worked it out.
