feedback script

Hello, I need someone to set-up on our site a script where a user may post feedback or testimonials about the service on the index page. We have Cpanel.

Are you familiar at all with PHP? This is probably one of the better ways to do this. You also need to find out if your host supports PHP (most do nowadays).

EDIT: Once you find out if you have PHP installed on your server then I can instruct you on how to do this.
