Works in Firefox, but not quite in IE9

Here's the page in question:

http://www.bayvillekofc.org/ click on "Bayville, out town"

When I click on "Bayville, our town" in Firefox, the navigation "stays still" so the user can go to the link they wish.

But when I click the same link in IE, the links "jump all over" It could make you seasick!

While I'm no programmer (I probably should be eventually when I get time) I'd sure appreciate any cross-browser code suggestions!
