3) DESCRIPTION:

The script allows a mark to be dragged around the circumference of dial ellipse.
The dial radius and Y radius are determined by the width of the mark parent node.
An options allows the mark position in degrees to be passed to a custom function
allowing control of other functions
and the dial rotation to be limited to specified limits.

Neat! I'm not sure what it would be used for, but I'm pretty sure there could be some, perhaps even many applications for it.

One thing I did notice though. It's tempting to want to try moving the small orange circle by dragging the small white square and/or by clicking on the orange bar. That's because these look like a scrollbar/slider.
