The image definitely appears to be 200 x 200. If you mean the width of the box around it, that's controlled in the attinc.com/metrology-style.css file, around line #470:

The height is currently governed by it's content. It's taller than 200px because in addition to the image, it also has a link to another file and a close link in it.
