My images wont load in my gallery?

Can someone help me please with my gallery. I have my gallery set up with css/javascript but when you click on the thumbnail image the larger image wont load, the loader bar just spins and never loads? What am I dont wrong, I changed some of the code so I am concerned I messed up the code somewhere but I dont know where.......
