how to create pop out ad as in 'www.economist.com'?

pop out ad should be similar to the one in economist.com
with minimize and close button.....and should appear as soon as the page loads.

I don't see the ad on the page. What are you referring to specifically? Can you post a screen capture?

From what you are describing, I think you can use a Modal Window or DHTML Window script available here on DD, or something like them at least. Just place your ad within it, and the rest of what you need should work like that.
