how is this site related to dynamicdrive.com?

I was doing some casual searching when I came across this site: ofcwarecenter.info/ that looks identical to dd's site. I was just curious how the two were related.

Probably a ripoff site looking to cash in on ad clicks by stealing DD's content.

It's one of those redirect domains spammers have set up to basically redirect to dynamicdrive.com. I think they do this to try and fool search engines into giving their domains more weight than it deserves. Regardless I've filed a copyright infringement complaint with their domain registrar. Thanks for the heads up.

I was wondering if it was something like that, but figured I should ask first before jumping to conclusions.
