I need your help.

I am able to bring up iframe-like resizable and scrollable windows when a user clicks on each link. Each of these iframe windows come up properly on IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome browsers. Yes, Safari on PC works just fine. However the default browsers on iPhone, iPad and the default browser on Android 2.2 (not Firefox), are not able to bring up iframe windows which are resizable and scrollable. On the same note, however Firefox on Android (on my Dell Streak) does work as advertised and makes the iframe windows behave in the same scrollable and resizable manner as it would on a Windows 7, Windows XP IE browsers (versions 6 thru 9).

Anyway have any suggestion or suggestions, please let me know.

The site in question is:

Click on each subject links and you will a different behavious on a mobile device compared to the same experience on a PC

Appreciate any assistance you could give to help me resolve this. Thanks.

PS: I have updated dhtmlXXXX.zip files to the latest versions that are available on the website.

3) Describe problem: Website appears differently on mobile devices compared to a regular PC.

I don't have any of those devices to test on. But there are other scripts that can do this sort of thing:

colorbox (http://colorpowered.com/colorbox/)
jQueryUI Dialog (http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/)
fancybox (http://fancybox.net/)
DOM window (http://swip.codylindley.com/DOMWindowDemo.html)
shadowbox.js (http://www.shadowbox-js.com/index.html)

jQueryUI Dialog looks closest. They all can be modified as to look and feel though. The first step would be to try out their various demo pages with your mobile devices to see which if any work on them.

I took a quick look at fancybox. It has a forum. There were some minor problems with ipad/phone, but a solution was offered.
