Greetings :)
I'm new at web development, please reply with full coding for html and css.
How do I move the main content scrollbar in this css static frame to the outside of the frame: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/layouts/item/css-left-top-and-right-frames-layout/
I do not want the scrollbar to be inside the static frame, I rather be it positioned on the right side like a regular webpage while having the css frame remain static and only move the main content.
I modified the css static 3 column frame to work with a 100% background, I would like keep the 100% background feature while moving the main content scroller to the right side of the page. This is the code that I used:
css
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<title>Dynamic Drive: CSS Left, Top and Right Frames Layout</title>
<style type="text/css">
html, body {margin:0; padding:0; width:100%; height:100%; overflow:hidden; text-align:left;}
body {font-family:verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size:76%;}

#scroller {position:absolute; width:100%; height:100%; top:0; left:0; overflow:auto; z-index:2;}
#content {padding:5px 300px 20px 200px;}

height: 100%;
