Changes in JavaScript Support in IE9

I didn't yet see any threads regarding the noted possible JavaScript issues in IE9 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/ff959805 - Changes in JavaScript Support in Internet Explorer 9)

Specifically we are using the Cross Browser Marquee II which our client has reported to not be updating via their IE9 browser. Have any solutions been found to correct this yet?

The demo page for this script:

works fine in IE 9.
