IE Issue - Page resizing when you mouse over the menu.

Hi, please go to the above URL and when you muse over the menu at right side it is resizing the page (for the 1st time only) and some times it will stay with the same resize sizes after I moved mouse over again its coming to the default size this issue only comes with the IE browser.
Please help me to correct this issue.

As I said above this is only happening when you mouse over the menu for the first time only. you have to refresh the page to reproduce the error . Is there anything to add for this code to get this solwed?
