Manual Scroll - Little change

Hello!

The Manual-Scroll-Script is that thing which I was looking for - but I want to change a little thing. I want that the the content goes down for example exact 100 pixels when I click on the down button. And this as long as the end of the content is reached.
Do you understand?

It should look like SAG-Scroller, just with a up button?
