I have created what I want my website to look like in Photoshop and have saved every file for web use and even have several different versions with varying amounts of layers showing in one.

Here is every layer.

This Should be the background of my website for the rest of my images to be positioned over.

I also have Images customized for a trick I learned for creating hover effects and have all these kinds of images.

Anyone have any advice for me or can explain how to position my elements with just some simple code I can wrap my head around. Also any good software or tricks to easily determine the coordinates to use.

Thanks!

I think we first need to determine your level of website knowledge -

Do you have any HTML or CSS experience already and are you just asking for a script to help you work out coordinates for positioning?
OR
Is this your first website and are you asking for some point-and-click web building software to help you make your website from the bottom up?

I have created a lot of websites using Dreamweaver and some HTML but this is my first real attempt at doing a website in solely a text editor and interpreting Photoshop with CSS also for the first time but seem to get getting the hang of all the basic elements of it. Just a little fuzzy on the advanced aspect like hovering, layers, mouse events, etc. .
