I have mounted this script (from this older thread (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28742), now closed) and i have 1 question... the script runs fine first time, but if i paste a second code, (the whole script) again the second one is not working...
how can i use the same script but twice ?

But one more question... how can i remove the small space after (below) the scrolling text ?

Is that between the very end/beginning of the scrolling text? If not, the script isn't adding it, it's probably the font's natural spacing for those characters. Most fonts vary the spacing between certain character combinations for legibility and/or compactness. For instance, Tahoma will put lower case L's closer together than many other characters.
If you look below the scrolling text in the image from your post, to some of the other words which appear to be in the same font, it looks like there is also some variation in the spacing between characters.
Like Parteneriate has more space between P and a (two roundish characters) than it has between r and i (two vertical line characters). Even in this post that appears to be the case, though the font used on your computer may be different than the one I see (Verdana) when reading my own post here.
Even if you see the same font as I do, it may look differently depending upon what edition of that font you have installed.
The only fonts that are guaranteed not to do that are monospace fonts. But they are generally less pleasing to the eye, example:

Again, the font you see above may not be as I do. It's supposed to be Courier New.
