Need help installing two scripts

Hi,
my name is Ken (globalsolutions) I have two scripts that I need to have installed and working properly for my website. 1 is auto-responder unlimited which uses cgi-bin and the other is a membership site script that uses/linked for paypal and mysql

I have tried multiple of times following the instructions and still have seemed to screw it up. I am looking to outsource this project, if interested. please post back and we will discuss this further. :)
