Can any one help me out. Is there a Submit action to send filled Forum Fields to a pop up window. I know how to do it in flash, but this is a tool a friend uses and alot has already been created. is there a way to do this?
This is the process I want.
This is the forum:

Than fill the fields:

After hitting submit. it will open up a popup with a field all prefilled, like so:

How do you do this? is it possible with html or java?
