Need Script for a floating sticky image

I'm looking for script to enhance my website. That is, I need a floating sticky box. There would be some text and a link in the the box. And I would like to keep it on the right side of my webpage (just beside the scroll bar). Width may be 60px and height 60px. The box will overlap on all the text and images of my website.

Can you help me regarding this code. I would be appreciated. Waiting for your kind help. Thanks in advance.
