Problem With Chained Menu

Hello

Is anyone having problems with the Chained Menu

I have been using it on my website in a number of places, but for some visitors (not all), the chained menu does not display.

I'm not sure what browsers are experiencing the problem (It does not display on Firefox)

A good example is on the page

I've downloaded the latest version from yxscripts and updated, creating a new page

http://www.stroudskittles.co.uk/signingon-new.html

Hopefully it will work correctly here (I'm awaiting feedback)

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this
