I am interested in demo 2 but I would like to see only one thumbnail. when clicking on the thumbnail it will enlarge it and allow me to navigate through the other images and have a descritption text.

Modifiy the HTML for the lightbox to look like below this will place a single thumbnail on your page and onclick will open the Lightbox with all images.
The [lightbox[group]in red you can name what you like to suit yourself.... Hope this helps you...
