Translucent scroller error

This javascript is giving an error in IE 6.0.29. It's doing it on all my applications of this javascript and also on the Dynamic Drive website.

The error I'm receiving is below:

'document.all.canvas0.filters.alpha' is null or not an object

What version of Windows XP service pack do you have installed? This sounds like a filters bug of IE that was long addressed. I'm using IE6 as well, and the DD demo works without problems.

I'm on SP2, with automatic updates set to run constantly. My computer stays up-to-date with Windows and IE updates, and the Translucent scroller was working fine on my computer until a couple days ago. I have 2 computers and both are experiencing the same problem. I could only assume it was a new update for IE and/or Windows.

Hmm then I'm not sure unfortunately. I would ask for a link to the problem page on your site, but since you said the problem also occurs on our demo page, it's irrelevant.

Problem solved, apparently something went wrong with the IE's on my system. Sorry for the bug report.
