3) Describe problem: In google chrome the drop down div disappears if you move to a form field within the drop down. The problem is present in the demo on the script page for the Search DD example. The drop down will stay open until you move your pointer to the input field.

Is there a quick fix for this problem?

I have a form inside the drop down div, if you select one of the drop down fields or if you select a drop down menu item in the form, the div dissapears and may not catch your input. I have tried setting the global variable hidedivmouseout to false, but to no avail. any suggestions?

Setting hidedivmouseout to false should do it; it did for me in FF5 and IE9:


hidedivmouseout: [false, 200], //Set hiding behavior within Drop Down DIV itself: [hide_div_onmouseover?, miliseconds_before_hiding]
