Defacing Script by jscheuer1?

Hello everyone, I'm new here ^^.

I was looking today at this guy defaces, they seem to be so good and stuff, but after looking at the page source carefully i noticed he is using a script to make those defaces. by apparently someone named " jscheuer1 "

In some part of the source page I found this

I have searched over the forum but I couldn't find any script for defaces by jscheuer1, could anyone please tell me where did that guy got jscheuer1 script? Is it some kind of private script only for sell?
