Changing parts of an image

Hello. I'm looking to make an online generator to change certain parts of an image with text, and images you upload. I want it to be like this site (http://mypokecard.com). You see when you click on things and change text and things like that, the image changes? Well, is there any code someone could give me for that? Any help appreciated. I already have a template. Thanks!

Not trying to be impatient, or anything, but I forgot to mention I'm in a rush to get this done. This site needs to be done by the end of the week, and I just started today. So, when anyone gets the chance, please post! :) This needs to be done in Javascript or PHP. Thank you very much!
