Hello,

First I'd like to apologize that my 'r' key is partially broken so if the letter disappears it's because I didn't hit it properly...but more importantly than potential spelling errors,

I'm attempting to help a friend make a portfolio website that he has requested to be modelled off of Banksy's site, i.e. horizontally scrolling with stationary left navigation. I checked Banksy's website and it's done in iframes but personally I'd like to find a way to do it with CSS, I've been trying to make something with unordered lists but no dice...I'm not really sure where I should start or what I should try, can anyone help?

This is a great place to start: http://css-tricks.com/how-to-create-a-horizontally-scrolling-site/ But I really don't like his solution for this one - play around with floats and big body widths.

Good luck!

Thank you, that was exactly the launching block I was looking for :)

No problem, I'm glad to help :D

Here on DD, we like to keep things organized. In an effort to do so, you have the option to set a thread to resolved when an issue is fixed. To make the status of the thread resolved:
1. Go to your first post
2. Edit your first post
3. Click "Go Advanced"
4. In the dropdown next to the title, select "RESOLVED"
