Slide Menu

I need a menu like the one below:

Α 3 level menu (for joomla)
When hovering a link in first column a second column slides with a 100% height and grey background color and
when hovering a link in second column a third one slides with the same characterisics as the first

And if possible when clicking a link the menu stays at the current state(selected) and if the link is from second or third column it
stays open to the corresponding page

I tried to use menumatic (http://greengeckodesign.com/projects/MenuMatic/examples/vertical/index.htm?q=projects/menumatic/examples/vertical/) but couldnt achive the 100% height and the background color of the second column..
