need helpslide up header

I need help for creating slide up header div. i tried to do with slide out footer and sliding div jQuery functions . but when i try to work this functions to my header, then the div sliding to bottom from the top. here is the example what i am talking about, please check this link www.getreal.com.kw/slider .
i need the sliding div to slide up instead of sliding bottom.

any one can help me please .. its very urgent
