form redirect in PHP

I'm stuck and don't know how to make a form on my site slide up after submitted.

Here's my site below:

site... (http://calico9.com/site/)

After submitted the form works but then redirects to the main page calico9.com/site/ page.

If you click on join our newsletter on the upper right corner a menu would slide down. I want to have the menu slide up as soon as the require fields are filled out and you click on the submit button.

I'm assuming I would need some PHP code that dosent require a redirect loaded into the browser once to form is submitted. How would I go about doint this?

you should look into jQuery for movement. post a question in the javascript section
