php or ajax Video gallery

I'm looking for a php or ajax script that can upload videos.
like http://www.english.lk/gallery_files/video.html

there are several script to image galleries http://freeajaxscripts.net/directory/Ajax_Image_Galleries.html , but it was hard to find video galleries.

is there any open source or free downloaded ? if it has a admin panel it would be better.
