what you're asking for is much more than a "simple" script; it borders on being a content management system.

But Im glad someone is working with it now.

I didn't mean to imply that I would take on your project, if that's what you mean. I only meant to alert you to the fact that there is quite a bit more involved in what you're asking for then you seem to realize.
