how can I put this script into joomla? wich header to choose? and where can i put the .js file?

Depending what template you're using you can either edit the HTML via the Gantry backend or via the appropriate template files in the template folder.

You can store the js file in any folder on your joomla site (in the template folder would be a logical choice) and link to it from the head section in the template file.

Over and above this basic advice, this topic is better suited to the joomla forums and/or contact the developer of your template directly.
