Urgent Image Rotation Script Required

HI i am looking for somthing like the image rotation script on this page

my client wants the images uploadable(that i can manage through php) and the text editable (:(), in the current site you can see that the image and text below are one and the same image (linked using area mapping, user firebug+firefox to see)
so i dont have a clue how to do such a script with image and text background at the same time. so things are literally bad.... please help anybody

I don't know what the particular slideshow that site uses, but there are plenty of scripts available that work similarly. Start with these:
