hi there,
sorry to bother everyone with what is more than likely an easy thing in coder land, but I can either research for a few hours figuring out what to do, or ask the gurus directly for your help.

I will be soon be working on a non profit website that promotes health services for US Veterans. Currently they have a basic submission form that the health provider fills out and submits, and then the site owner adds the provider to correct state that they are located.

So we are looking for something that will build the database automatically, for the public to see online, and I guess he would still get a copy of the form, to make sure it's not spam.

I am not even sure what I am looking for is called, so treat me with kid gloves with your information, keep it simple as possible please.
:)

thanks in advance for all help

A few questions:

Do you know if your host supports PHP?
Do you know if your host has SQL databases?
What host are you using?

If you don't know the answers to question one or two you can either contact your host or look in your admin cpanel.

Good luck!

Once you answer the questions, I can help you. Post back when you find out the host information.
