Creating a special website

Hi there everyone, i need to know how to make this file into a website. I'm not to smart when it comes to java and xml scripting. Thanks. Here is the file: david.bolding.com/arcanumedit.zip Thanks.

The only XML in there is the build.xml. It is a servlet: you need to run it server-side inside a servlet container such as Sun's J2EE environment or Apache's Geronimo (geronimo.apache.org).
