There are various CSS hacks (http://www.google.ca/search?hl=&q=ie+rounded+corners&sourceid=navclient-ff&rlz=1B3GGGL_en-GBCA352CA355&ie=UTF-8) out there that get IE to display rounded corners, so you may want to do a search for them. Most are a little bit messy to implement, however. The rounded corners you already see in FF and Chrome etc rely on CSS3, which IE9 and upwards will support.
